LAB PRODUTIVA is a unique laboratory in Bahia focused exclusively on executive producers with feature film projects in development, with priority given to cis women, trans people, non-binary people, black people, indigenous people, and people with disabilities. Conceived by Flávia Santana and Daiane Rosário, the project selects works for a four-month training immersion, with masterclasses, individual consultations, and practical activities aimed at strengthening executive performance. Participants have access to prominent professionals in the national and international market, develop production and sales strategies, and end the journey with in-person pitching sessions, aiming to present their projects to funds, players, and co-producers in Brazil and abroad.
